I think it was just Montgomery and his scouting department continuing the fine work they have done. The whole first day was pretty awesome. The DBacks took guys who fell to them and made their picks count. Touki has as much talent as any pitcher in the draft and to get him at 16 is great value.

Pretty damn awesome that even if there is a split with Dorsey that Miller can step in and get to the top of the list on a guy most would consider an upgrade.
