Get me Tyty and bring back Kerr and I am on cloud 9 already. I prefer getting Akinjo back, but Tyty would be a nice consolation. Not sure if the time frame of Tyty and Akinjo deciding overlaps, but I don't see us taking both (or each player wanting to be here together). I am probably in the minorit...

Tommy (or whoever the coach is) better hope more than half the team defects. Because if he keeps the core intact and then flops next year he will always be the guy that fucked up Miller’s next great team. Great is going a bit too far, IMO. I still think we were another versatile, defensive 4 and sh...

He told me it’s a huge loss for Gonzaga and we will love what he brings. I'm in on Lloyd. No, I can't guarantee anything about him. However, from the little I've heard and what I've read, plus watching the Zags and understanding how much he, allegedly, means to the program, he has to be the guy. Not sure it works out or not, but I think we could do much worse... Like Set...

Re: The 2021-2022 Season Thread
We need another guy who can create and score, I don't care what anyone says about how great our offense will be next year.
We have far too many lulls because we don't have enough guys who can create offense off the dribble.
TyTy sounds like someone who fits that mold.

I dont see room for Baker, unless he accepts a smaller role. While I defended him last year against those who through he sucked, he certainly wasnt as good as people remember this year. If our expectations are a top 15 team next year, we have a lot of guys who need to improve quite a bit, barring any immediate impacts from the freshman class.
Not saying that can't happen, but I don't think it's even penciled in, let alone inked.

Mobley has the motor many thought Ayton would have when he arrived in Tucson. One game its 20, 10 and 5, then next (Utah) he doesnt attempt a FG.
Hes really talented, but its very inconsistent.

For everyone shitting on Haase as a coach, tonight he simply out schemed and out executed us. Terry is a totally different player than Solo. I highly doubt he stays for two years after publicly saying he wants to be OAD. We just had three freshmen get drafted who lacked a reliable jump shot. I obviously dont think he is the second coming of Solo, but he reminds me of him in many ways. Terry...

Terry wants to be a one-and-done, so I'm guessing that's where the extra scholarship comes from. I like Terry's game, but he's not getting drafted at this point. He's not a particularly explosive athlete, so he needs to be able to shoot it much better than he has to date in order to get drafted. I ...

Initial Takes on the Roster
It is clear already, the team needs Akinjo on the floor as much as possible. Having a guy like him to defend at the point of attack is a huge sigh of relief. CP3 was arguably the best PG in the league last year. He is going to get hurt (chronic hamstring injuries, but changed his diet, ect last year), and its important for the Suns to sign a competent backup PG who can spot start.

Thats a freaking homerun for the Suns, plus they have about $19 mil in cap space to use before executing the trade. Id be all over Jerami Grant or Davis Bertans. Pacific Division should be a round robin for the title.

The NLCS is at Arlin...
