Re: Pelle Larsson
He had the highest draft potential, so good for him. Hope he has a very long NBA career, although from my understanding NBA players need to do one thing extremely well, and Larsson is good at everything, but great at nothing.

Re: Colorado
Old timers might remember UA QB Tom Tunnecliffe. His dad must have thought he was the next Joe Montana because he called up certain NFL teams and told them not to draft Tom. Tom was a winner like Joe, but was too short and didn't have a deep throwing arm. Looks like Tom worked for his dad, who recen...

I can't see this ever gaining traction. The "Haves" of college football (B1G/SEC) are not going to share revenue with anyone. I think it's just to get NCAA out of football. From the linked article: First reported by The Athletic earlier this month, CST’s initiative assumes that a more concentrated ...

How long before athletes will not even be required to enroll in school??? College football/basketball might as well be classified as Minor Leagues or Semi-Pro Especially when many of them attend 3 or more universities, where it's near impossible to get a degree unless you spent enough semesters in ...

Actually since Bradley is more of a combo guard, I would love to try Love as the PG if he returns, as long as he doesn't have the green light on the perimeter unless it's a "good shot", which apparently he still has yet to learn.

I guess you have to be a Mormon to be a BYU coach. Don't think any other religious schools require the coach to be the same religion as the school sponsor.
Only 2 years coaching in college, all the rest have been in different pro leagues so very limited recruiting experience.

100 for 201 3PT attempts. That's Steve Kerr good. The 3PT line has been moved out twice since Kerr's record setting season.

I imagine there is a good chance he returns since he is not going into the portal and has 0 chance for a NBA contract.
Question is, would Lloyd want him to? Obviously Lloyd has limited control over Love.

Good article here on those transferring out during the Lloyd era. Very similar to the Lute era, where some thrived elsewhere (e.g. Ruben Douglas) while many just disappeared to the end of the bench at new spots. https://zonazealots.com/posts/where-are-they-now-what-happened-to-arizona-basketball-tra...

Don't know anything, but listed at 6'6" 220 with 37.5% 3PT I would strongly suspect he is looking for a spot on a team as a wing to improve his pro chances. Take Larsson's spot. Then move to the 4 for small ball. Seems like a no-brainer to me to get the kid from Oakland, it will be his 5th year and ...

Re: 2024-25 Arizona Basketball
Looking at the dates when last season's incoming transfers were announced.
Keshad 5/20/23
Love 5/30/23
Bradley 5/3/23
If that pattern holds true for this upcoming season, still a lot of major changes to the roster that can happen.
