Long story short there's a bookie stiffing people that lives in Tucson. All I know is that his name "may" be Matt, he works at one of the restaurants around school and reportedly works under another guy named "Willie/Willy".

Total stab in the dark but figured I'd give it a shot here.

I know a guy in the ‘90’s who got capped with his old lady and left in their car in a vacant lot for pulling some shit.
