The easiest way for me is to get the url for the image then wrap that with the image tags

Does the "url" mean you can only post things you link from the internet? So is the best way to do this to post the picture to one of the posting sites and then link that url to post here?

Where you can browse images on your computer, or paste a URL in from another site, then paste from the BBC code section which uses the IMG tags like Greg mentioned.
