Lillard had 61 points. If the league cares at all about ratings and fans they will find a way to get Booker vs Lillard in at least one game

Brutal win by Blazers for Suns.

This was the game that was supposed to secure them.

Now they realistically need Memphis to lose to crappy Milwaukee’s roster spots of 7 - 13 who have nothing to play for but pride and who hate the Suns for beating them 3 out of 4 times the last two years.

So, unless Portland shits the bed vs awful Brooklyn, Suns can go 8-0 and miss.

Here we go! Suns need a win and either Portland or Memphis can lose for them to make the play in game

Too bad, in a very qualified sense. What the Spurs organization has imparted to the league at large was enough to defeat them eventually, and rightly so. Still, it would have been a testament to underlying integrity to be otherwise.

That is nasty. I don’t get the “I was lit” comment? Does that mean she was high? Devon Booker might have some explaining to do with his girlfriend

Something being "lit" is Gen Z speak for something being cool or awesome. A party you went to wasn't cool, it was lit.

Sal DiCiccio claims Phoenix Suns bribed Phoenix City Council over arena deal
Aug 31, 2020

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -- City of Phoenix Councilman Sal DiCiccio is calling on the Arizona Attorney General to investigate claims of bribery that was brought to light by former Phoenix Suns General Manager Ryan McDonough.

In a letter sent to Mark Brnovich on Monday morning, DiCiccio asks for the investigation after a back and forth between him and McDonough on Twitter. The public feud included accusations of bribery and racism.

On Aug. 28, McDonough tweeted the following:

The only thing worse than a crooked, racist politician who takes money to vote a certain way is a crooked, racist politician who STILL takes the money but DOES NOT vote that way…And before you reply, @Sal_DiCiccio, remember this - I was there - and I 'have receipts.'

The District 6 councilman indicates the “vote” referenced is the Jan. 2019 vote before the Phoenix City Council to spend taxpayer money to renovate the Phoenix Suns arena.

DiCiccio's letter outlines the vote of former Councilwoman Vania Guevara who reportedly received $50,000 from Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver. The money went to a PAC that supported her failed election bid, after she voted in favor of the stadium. Sarver also allegedly agreed to give $2.6 million to Head Start programs in Guevara's district.

Sarver also donated $100,000 to a PAC supporting mayoral candidate Danny Valenzuela, who also voted in favor of the stadium.

A spokesperson for the Arizona's Attorney General released the following statement to Arizona's Family: "Any allegation of public corruption must be taken seriously. We received the letter from Council Member Sal DiCiccio and are currently reviewing it."

Arizona’s Family reached out the Phoenix Suns for a comment. They have not responded to our request for a statement.
