Horrible loss. Stunk in all three phases. They must have read all their glowing praise in the press instead of preparing for the game.

0-1 at home in the division.

Good win on the road in the division, especially on crazy short rest. Almost makes up for losing at home.

Still a lot of stupid shit to clean up, namely letting Geno Smith drive a team 98 yards and two kickoffs out of bounds. But a lot of positives to take away too.

Now here’s hoping they get healthy with a long week. Bunch of trap games coming up.

2-1 in the last 3 games is pretty darn good (TB, AZ, Seattle). Now a breather to get healthy and clean up that stupid shit as you stated.

Didn't realize the next game is at Giants. I'm buying tickets tomorrow. :)

Got to go to MetLife to watch the Rams crush the Giants. 2 strips sacks and Stafford threw 4 TD passes.

Nice performance today. And Cooper Kupp needs to make the all-pro team this year.

What a great day! Relish it.

I broke down some boxes and brought out the recycling bin.

Stafford's last TD pass to Kupp who you can see is about to break into the left flat from his defender and then he chugged it up the sideline for a 13 yard score.

Great seats as all Rams TD's yesterday were right in front of me. :)

I’m very very jealous. I should have gone to the Indy game but I prioritized family over what would have been a great experience.

Stupid Chicat…

By the way, I think this Stafford trade is going work out ok.

I took my son with me so slipped in that "family" part.

Rams could have easily lost this game to the Lions but thank god Goff does what Goff does at the end of close games. Threw an end zone pick.

Cardinals still the best in the West but a lot of football still left.

Oh btw, Cooper Kupp is the best receiver in the NFL this year.

Another fucking slow start, but I give the Lions credit. This was obviously a big game to them and they played like it. Rams didn’t play like it at first but they are too talented and well-led to have it define the whole game. Last year it would have (see: vs NYJ).

Goff’s game was a microcosm of his time in LA. Plenty of really good moments but seemed to make unforced errors when it mattered.

McVay said that if the Rams make the playoffs he thinks Cam Akers will be able to play. Which is downright amazing since he tore his Achilles only 14 weeks ago.

Please don't rush him Sean...I want the old Cam who I love.

But I get it, he would be a huge difference maker and actually this offense is predicated on the run even though they have a very advanced and creative passing game.

Thought this was the toughest division in football, but it turned into a two-horse race pretty quick. (Russell Wilson's injury certainly a part of that).

It seems like the 49ers and Seahawks have lost to really good teams, at least.

I’d say we’re right back in this thing… except for the fact that the Rams still have to play at Arizona and at Green Bay.

Gotta keep winning because those were 2 pretty good teams last night. And I like how the Rams play on the road but those will be 2 very tough games.

4 NFC teams have a chance this year.

The 2 Bays
Cards
Rams

I can’t believe I’m saying this but . . . don’t count out Dallas.

*shudder*

Their schedule almost guarantees them a first round bye in the playoffs.

Andrew Whitworth and Sebastian Joseph-Day are injured and out for Sunday.

DeSean Jackson wants a trade and won’t play while they figure out if anyone wants him.

Took care of Business against a poor Houston team. Final score looked closer than the actual game as the Rams put it on cruise control after being up 38-0 in the fourth.

Running game looked good. Stafford with a 127 rating. Kupp and Jefferson with big games.

Face the Titans next week at SoFi.

We’ll see what the MRI says. I’m not going to start exhaling until they officially rule him out for Sunday night, especially since the Rams run defense up the middle has been hit-or-miss this season.

I think the Rams will end up winning the division. Cards injuries are piling up and run defense sucks.

That’s an interesting move, and totally against how the Rams have treated the LB position the past 4 years. Usually for that position they want really young guys on rookie contracts they can sell off right before they get expensive.

LB depth needed shoring up and I also see it as a move to address potential playoff matchups with Murray, Rodgers and/or Brady.

It's funny how the Rams think so little of their draft choices. Win now baby!

For a 2nd & 3rd rounder, they better be paying 90% of his salary. I’m still trying to wrap my head around those picks. Their value seems >>>>> Von’s value.

You also need to consider they might have money tied up and/or planned for other players which could have made these picks expendable. But even that is iffy.

I'm wondering if there is some other connection I'm missing.

lot to give up for an injured player way past his prime in the last year of his contract.

Except he’s playing for a different team on their dime and counts against their cap.

I hear that and it’s a valid point but they got two extra second day picks for a player in his early 30’s who they weren’t going to get back after this season and is hurt now. Miller was and still may be a monster on the field but looking at it from Denver’s perspective it’s an easy choice, imo. The rams sure are all in which is also cool to see and it’s a perfect landing spot for Miller outside the AFC and on a contender but he needs to get healthy.

As long as Miller’s presence can stop Aaron Donald from being triple teamed, I say have fun with those draft picks Broncos. You’re gonna need them.
