He could literally just give the whole apology not really an apology line of "sorry if anyone feels I intentionally misled them" and move on. His base salary for 2021 is over $800k per game. That doesn't include any of his sponsorship or bonuses or incentives. So a $14k fine can be made up by him for probably just one or two of his ads airing in one evening, at most.
