The Furd is close to completing an end of the season meltdown against the Fuskies. Walton is predicting double OT.

Randle finally made a clutch basket in a truly awful game.

It only took until the Pac 12 tournament for Randle not to choke at the end of a close game.

crummy thing about the asu loss is that ucla has been off for over a week now, and with a cupcake game vs. usc this afternoon, will be very well-rested heading into the semis

These new UCLA jerseys are ugly as hell. Who thought that blue stripe was a good idea?

CU fans calling our fans fair weather. When asked why it is because we leave after our game and don't stay to watch the other teams.

Why stay and watch shitty bball?

well, the rumor is that boyle "convinced" booker to sit this one out and focus on going pro. it actually costs a lot of money to host a cbi game, as cu is (and the price goes up if you advance to the semis, etc.), and i think tad wants to get the most out of the program's investment and allow the younger guys on the team to play. it's not like booker is gonna impress anyone, since the field is literally all scrub teams from mid-major conferences this year. i think 'rado is actually the only "big name"/big conference team that's playing.

i'm def not a fan of 'rado or askia booker, but i do think the move is well-intentioned. this might also shed some light unto why cal turned down their cbi invite.

The CBI is just plain worthless......what a joke.....should let it die.

Also, not a big fan of the post-season NIT or even the expanded version of the NCAAs either.

Heard on the radio today that the main reason both tourneys keep going is that bar owners who know nothing about college hoops turn those tourney games on, fooling many others into watching.

Interesting.....just goes to show that some people will watch anything.....still shocked that the CBI hasn't died yet....with teams actually rejecting them, how on earth do they survive?

I'd rather watch women's NCAA basketball or visit the dentist than watch a CBI game.....smh

I think I have watched 3 or 4 NIT games in my life and one of those was our loss to Bucknell.. And that is being generous.

Sean Miller also declined the CBI his first year, so there is precedent.

UA could afford it too, unlike some of these other schools.

What a concept, pay to play.
