I knew they've been overlooked all year long, everyone was so hyper focused on Purdue in that conference they couldn't even be bothered to see what Illinois was doing.
Granted there might be some sort of charges coming for TSJ at some point, but that dude is absolutely absurd. One of the top players in the country easily.

I can’t believe that Shead went down with an injury before halftime. This would be like Chef or Hall getting injured in our game with Clemson, only Shead is a freaking first team All American.
They are incredibly lucky, and Scheyer is one game from his first FF. In his second damn season.

Last year it was Creighton and San Diego State, this year Alabama and likely Duke tomorrow? Just weird.

I expect that Alabama really wanted to have another shot at Arizona, before the \ loss to Clemson...

I am happy for Purdue. First FF since 1980. They have had many good teams since 80 but gained a reputation of losing to lower seeded teams. They have made it to the tourney 34 times and never won. I am cheering for them.
