Kansas plays Kentucky on Saturday, so one of them will be losing twice this week.

So the DickHead's top ten is now...

1) Gonzaga
2) Baylor
3) Florida State
4) VIllanova
5) Arizona
6) Kentucky
7) Kansas
8) Oregon
9) UNC
10) UCLA

I don't expect that will last out the week, nor do I expect that any actual poll voters will agree with me.

I had a hard time keeping UCLA in the 10. I really wanted to put Butler in there, but just couldn't justify it to myself.

Haha, you said DickHead and my first thought was Dick Vitale. Then my second thought was, "Uh, where is Duke?".

Florida State. If your scorers are different players than your defenders, no wonder you need to play 13 players.

That was the first Florida State game I watched this year. They look really flawed defensively. Hard to believe their impressive efficiency rating. I don't know.

Well I was right. It didn't last long.

This article gave me a good laugh:

USC upsets No. 8 UCLA behind 14 3-pointers and suffocating defense
First Villanova. Then Kansas. Then Kentucky. Then Florida State. Now UCLA.
No, Mister Boone, who-ever-you-are. Dude do you have the attention span of a gnat? First it was UCLA, THEN it was 'Nova, Kansas, Kentucky, and THEN it was UCLA AGAIN.

Miami just kicking tarheel ass. Roy needs to coach another 10 years so Miller can get a couple of ships before they come calling

And how about Pastner and GTech, they beat Notre Same. What a run for JP

Give me Kentucky in the tourney please. Kansas too.

Since both Kansas and Kentucky play in overrated conferences, I expect both of them to stay on the 1 or 2 line and remain in their home regions, so we probably wouldn't be seeing them until the FF. But if we got them in the EE I'd be fine with that.

Kansas was light we were earlier in the season. They only have 8 players with a couple who rarely played.

Not sure I want to see UK until final 4 if possible.

Teams I don't want to play until Phoenix go :

1. Nova
2. UK
3. Virginia
4. UNC
5. Oregon (not sure until I watch us next sat)
6. Louisville
7. Zags

Anyone else I like our chances. Obv we will likely see one of these teams in a regional final unless we get lucky. The key is not to have to play 2 of them on the 2nd weekend.

Really just UK, uva, and especially Nova I want to avoid until Phx

Kentucky appears to be a slightly more athletic, less cohesive, and (possibly) slightly more defensively interested version of UCLA.

That seems accurate. But if a guy like Monk goes off, in a OAD scenario they are dangerous.

Just once I'd like a Cinderella to get to elite 8 and bracket open up for us.

Either way if this team gets rolling it might not matter.

At least we're not the only team to embarrass ourselves today. # 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8 all lost. Kentucky lost by 20+ at Florida and has lost 3 of 4 and almost is on a 4 game losing streak after barely surviving Georgia at home.

To be fair, UA, Kentucky and Washington (based on margin of loss) embarrassed themselves today.

So did that Kansas team. Losing at home to an unranked team? Geez. Talk about embarrassing. Especially if you were a fan of Kansas.

That unranked team has 5 losses to ranked teams by an average of two points. They would be contending for the Pac-12 title this year.
