I always wondered what happened to him... And did not realize that the charges against him were dropped.

Sound like he has himself straightened out and is a finalist for FCS DPOY.

Notice what he is wearing in the picture. Seems like he takes responsibility for putting himself in a bad position, and clearly has no ill feelings towards UA. (Not that he should, but after getting acquitted - many still might).

Great article. Pulling for him to get a shot at the pros for sure.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

Long overdue update on Onwuasor (from Wikipedia):

On May 6, 2016, the Baltimore Ravens signed Onwuasor to a three-year $1.62 million contract as an undrafted free agent. He was released by the team on September 3, 2016 and was signed to their practice squad the next day. He was promoted to the active roster on October 15, 2016.

In 2017, Onwuasor played in all 16 games with 13 starts at inside linebacker, finishing second on the team with 90 tackles.

On March 14, 2018, the Baltimore Ravens signed Onwuasor to a one-year, $630,000 contract.
