I imagine Apple is waiting to see how their $250M annual deal with MLS will work out, especially with losing a billion dollars a year on Apple TV+, before any new major deals are signed.

These latest posts have nothing to do with the Big 12, but rather how fucking worthless an all AppleTV deal for less money than the Big 12 was getting would've been. Unless you're partnering with Netflix or you're the NFL and it doesn't matter who you partner with, going all streaming with your content is equitable to Seppuku.
