Gotta root for Wash as the final Pac-12 football game.

It would mark the perfect "Fuck You" to the geniuses who ran the Pac into the grave.

This is one of those rare games where I want them both to win. So can't go wrong, although deep down gotta stick with the PAC.
RichardCranium wrote: Tue Jan 02, 2024 10:44 pm The last game of the year is the PAC12 champion versus the Big 10 champion. Just like the old days.
I remember those days. If you didn't make the Rose Bowl, you stayed home. UM didn't have a non-Rose Bowl bowl game until 1976. 1982 for UDub, outside of the 1930's Poi Bowl.

UCLA and USC too have similar bowl histories.

Larry Smith had winning records for 4 years with no bowl games for the UA 81-84, although at least the first year or two they were on probation. His only losing season was his first in 1980 when they went 5-6.

I'd love to know the point of running that ad. I was so confused while watching it.

My daughter gets to celebrate a championship in Ann Arbor tonight. I’m so happy for her.

The last time I celebrated a Natty was in ‘97.

Nice little irony for the ECC clan. 😉🎉
