They could always borrow some curtains from Wells Fargo Arena next door.

I still chuckle how they removed them for the UofA game last year to sell some more BB tickets. They couldnt sellout with the increase in 5k seats and it looked bad.

"this might be the best atmosphere ever in that stadium" - Todd Graham

Said this in an interview today and is referring to Saturday. Told his seniors to relish it..

Best ever atmosphere with an unranked devil team and Southern Cal coming in after being upset?

Pretty bold to say that if you ask me.

This about sums it up. And it's a common theme around Phoenix sports radio.

Also, I still think there's more to the Bo Graham story that is gonna come out eventually and explain a lot of what's gone wrong with asu this year. I'll have my popcorn ready!

"Enough of the 'this is the best team we have had here' crap."

No no no, keep talking that shit. Makes the losses/poor performances all the better (for us at least).

Another big loss to UCLA and I think it turns into a train wreck. They don't have injuries like us. The defense knows it's missing it's best player. The offense is missing the QB 2 good receivers who played a lot last year. RR also didn't hype his team up so much at the beginning of the season.

What would be outstanding is if they lose big to ucla and to utah and Oregon and are sitting at 3-5 with games against us and at wsu and cal to go. If that happens then best case for Asu is 6-6.

I'm not surprised if he hasn't already. The only disciple he has left in The Church of Todd Graham is his QB, which is purely for selfish reasons and not for the team. It is not a secret Hot Toddy doesn't hold himself accountable or responsible for anything negative at all. Who knows what's going on behind those closed locker room doors, but I can tell you none of it is Todd Graham's fault.

If I'm an ASU football player, I have itchy red bumps on my crotch and only a hazy recollection of why I spent last night in a jail cell . . .

I'm also really confused as to where we go from here. After an offseason of being told me and my team are the best in football and hearing so much about bringing a natty to Tempe, how should I feel about 2-2? Is 10-2 a disappointing season? Should I give up now since the expectations and dreams for me and my team have been dashed? And why does Bercovici keep putting his hand on my thigh during film study?

Did you read the comments attached to the article? Apparently someone from Toddy's family is not too thrilled and is sending profane (and misspelled) messages to the commenters.

I doubt it. The players are not getting a steady dose of hyperbole from TG. He coaches the kids pretty hard. The hyperbole stuff is reserved for fans and media. The only people who seem to be really effected by it are the fans, and they are dumb for getting so emotionally attached to his words. Most coaches don't really reveal all that much in talking to the press. He just happens to be annoyingly positive when talking about his team.

ASU has its share of substantial injuries. None as big as Scooby is for you guys, but still. Playing 2 triple option teams in a row beat them up pretty good.

You guys have this magical thing called a bye week to help. By the end of the year we're either gonna be really beat up or finally getting healthy.
