dunno if anyone else wants this, but is there a way to enable emoji on phpBB?

I'll look into it. A quick search shows some difficulties with emoji causing sql database errors. If I can find and easy and safe way to enable them I certainly will. Thanks!

just bumping this, in case there's any interest in enabling emoji on here. i promise not to post too many eggplants, peaches, and drippy tongue emojis.

anyway, i'm bringing this up because another messageboard that i'm on recently moved hosts and lost emoji characters. the admin said it ended up being a 5 minute fix ("It was because we weren't sending the correct content-type header. I needed to include UTF-8 encoding"), so hopefully that's the case here.

nbd if not, or if it's a hassle. just throwing this out there.
