hyperlinks

this is kind of a minor and nitpicky suggestion, but it would be great if external hyperlinks opened in a new tab or window.
i know we can do this manually via right- or ctrl-click, but sometimes i forget - plus, it seems like a good practice to keep the board and discussion thread in context through temporary digressions such as checking out a linked article, viewing a linked tweet, opening a game's livestream, etc.

Did some research. It should be as easy as swapping a couple lines of code out. Will try to do this Saturday.
