The defense has been playing much better this year but still give up huge plays. They have definitely gotten better though.

He just takes what the defense gives, checks down and knows where to go with the ball. He is playing well since Stanford.

Take away the weird 2 point play, the going for it on 4th down deep in their own territory, and then throwing a whacky trick play INT (when they have an NFL QB) and this is only a 10-7 game. Long way to go but the Cats are playing well.
Need to come out in the 3rd quarter with a 15 play 9 minute TD drive.

I don't think the Cats looked good at all the last few minutes of the off. Why stop the clock to get the ball back, and then run out the clock? How does that make any sense?

We will see a tested defense in the second half. Don't get conservative and take the second half kickoff and establish momentum which has slowed/stalled.
