We should cut down the lead to 13pts or less with 15 mins to go. Deficit should be less than time left. Else it's too big of a deficit with too little time

Markkanen would be a good choice to be "white" hot! :)

Cats got punched in the face, not out yet. Yeah L Mark needs to step it up in the first 4-5 mins. Cut the lead to 9-10..then we might see a great game. Let's see how much heart this team has.
I think there's a decent chance we get the lead to single digits at some point in the second half. The interesting questions at that point is how long did it take, how much energy did we expend getting it to single digits and how does Oregon respond (like do they get mad, mad two stops and two baskets and extend it back to 13 or do they panic a bit?).

Hard to beat a team hitting 75% from three...its a flux but we've seen it before some team gets hyper-hot against us and shoots lights out like they never have before...this will be a beating...

there isn't 1 single thing AZ is doing better than UO in this game.
not one.

coaching, nope.
shooting, nope.
moving without the ball, nope.
ball security, nope.

complete failure all the way around.

I don't know if Millers ego can handle it but I would love to see him be proactive and bring in someone like Coach Montgomery as a "Beat-the-Zone" consultant for 1 week. Its obvious that our staff has no idea how to attack one.

There's no fucking way he'd do that. none. zero. Just like there's no way we'd ever employ the zone.

This is absolutely demoralizing. You just have to throw the tape away. This definitely got the Cats attention. They can throw away the press clippings because they won't be receiving any more. They weren't even competitive in any way. Lauri seems overwhelmed. They can take this pounding in two ways. Either they will trend downward, or take it as a lesson that nothing can be taken for granted. They need work because they aren't even close to as good as they thought.
