Shout out to Ballo for only missing one free throw tonight.

Weird stat: lost the turnover battle 15 to 12 but won the points off turnovers by. . .15 to 12.

Nice win. Love that we punched back and then some.

Barnes complaining about calls after last year? Pay back is a bitch.

Pretty chippy game. Have a nice flight home tough guys.

Well that was close. They shot above their weight in the first half but came back to earth in the second. We also toughened up. Kerr needs to learn from this game.

Very nice win. Tennessee is very tough when they shoot the ball like they did in the first half.

Kerr lacks discretion. Once he puts a target on his mouth he'll get egg on his face. He can be just as much of a firebrand and not be a liability. But he is what he is and Tommy seems content to let it be.

We are starting to see Pelle understand his importance in scoring and rebounding. He has not been great yet this year till the last 2 games.

That was a chippy, tough game, started out with some shenanigans, Ziegler is a baller, respect to tennessee's game.

But man, we got em back baby!!!!!!!!!

Could do without post game shenanigans and birds.

Boys gonna be boys. ;)
Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

Ramey was huge. Needed every bucket and his 3s were all big ones. Tennessee is a really good team. Nice win.

Hehehehe Vols fans are apoplectic on their forum: every classic complaint; every classic excuse; every classic insult.

This team again demonstrated its toughness tonight. I don't care what opposing fans say. We drew fouls and hit our FTs. Ice cold.

Showed great toughness. And nice to see Ballo hit his free throws. Speaking of free throws, the Tenn fans are whining just as much as the Indiana fans about the refs. Maybe, just maybe, we play solid D without fouling. And we do a great job getting the ball down low to the point where the other team is guarding in the restricted zone. And when a defender is in the restricted zone, there is no offensive fouling.

We took the Vol's best shot early and responded. Gutted out the win. Just need to play a little smarter.

Vols fans are super pissed at Barnes for not having a hemorrhage at the refs earlier in the game. It's all his fault.

Early in the first half Tenn was getting away with murder. They were hacking the shit out of Ballo and Tubelis with no whistles.

UT fans need to shut the fuck up about one-sided reffing. Just because Jimmy Dykes thought that last play was a foul doesn’t mean it actually was. That dude is half blind and fully biased.

Just got back to my hotel room.

Two observations:

1) The Tennessee fans around me thought they were raped the whole game......but they were not as bad as the
Indiana fans around me last weekend

2) Kylan Boswell should have gotten more playing time in the 2nd half. I don't know if came through on TV as it did in person but
Boswell played some serious Defense on Ziegler.........Zeigler was having issues advancing the ball against Kylan and getting open looks.
Boswells defense tonight >>>>>>>>>>>>>Kriisas D.

If every player got into a defensive stance like Boswell and played as hard on the defense side of the ball Arizona would be the number 1 defense. That kid takes pride in his defense on every play and moment he is in the game.
