Too late for a Wednesday tip. That game won't end until nearly 11 on the coast.

Actually one of my favorites. Really hated him as a player, but as an announcer he is very supportive of Arizona and quite knowledgeable about the game.

Some ESPN announcers are so anti-Arizona it really shows in their broadcast. Never hear that from MacLean, even though I am sure his hatred of Arizona as a player equals our hate for him.

I agree. For anyone bothered by the bolded part, I recommend watching his extend interview of Lute, which re-airs from time to time on the much-admired PAC-12 Network. His attitude toward Lute and Arizona is a lot like that of USC players toward Wooden and UCLA back in the really old days: He has an old rapport with Lute as a positive figure during his time as a Bruin, and his respect and admiration for Arizona basketball date all the way back to then, even as every fiber in his being was devoted to beating Arizona (which is a genuine kind of hatred, even if it doesn't translate to wanting Arizona to lose to Stanford or even today's UCLA, etc.).

Gonna be 1 before this beast is over here. Larry Scott sucks. I guess the dishes will get done tonight, and some laundry.
Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

I agree that a 9 tip off sucks, but if they are going to have two games, what should the start times be?

Their length is causing issues.......and Jeters 2nd foul was really stupid.

Chase HAS to stay in games for us to be competitive.

Start the first game at 6 so we can go at 8. 5 PT is a reasonable start time.

I know but the local time should be what matters when scheduling a game IMO. It's not like 9pm is really that late.
