Bear Down Wildcats

Thinking of taking the girlfriend to Jamaica next year. Any suggestions, must-see sites, can't-miss restaurants, lodging recommendations?

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Whitehall which I believe is now owned by Playa Resorts. Awesome hotel and location right near Montego Bay and Johnny Cash’s house. We only left the resort once to go to Dunn’s River Falls. Unfortunately Jamaica isn’t known for being a leave the resort and soak up the local culture kind of place.
