Yeah between this, the zona zoo renovations at the football stadium, the indoor practice field and the massive project going on just north of campus, it has to be a lot. They are turning a like 2x2 city block area just north of Eller into a new mini campus for the honors college complete with its own massive new form, student union, parking, etc.
i was going to put the ua/asu records here...but i forgot what they were.

i'll just go with fuck asu.

Also new pool and they will be starting the new Student Success area I just heard about soon where they are re-doing the library, Bear Down Gym, etc. Lots of construction going on around Campus right now.

drawings of the new softball stadium show that about 80% of the new seating will be benches with no backs. Is this really how it will be?

So the women are gonna have to play on a dirt infield (per the renderings)? What's up with that?

That's what it was before, same with most places. Or maybe I am misunderstanding the point you're making

I can't remember seeing a softball field that had grass on the infield.

I didn't know that dirt infields were the norm. Never noticed it before. Live and learn.

Edit: I'll be darned (and that catch they list at number 3 by a Washington player looks awfully darn iffy to me. She needs to be coached to turn her glove UNDER the ball).
