Mentioned this in game thread, but putting it here too:
Adia had some nice post game comments to the crowd after the assu win, thanking the crowd for showing up and mentioned about sweeping assu for first time in 20 years "it's about damn time" ... Yes coach, it was. Thank you for your hard work with these young ladies.
Adia gets it. (something a few of our previous football coaches haven't)
Among all the other positives she brings to the job obviously.

Really good game against a really good team...they remained poised and just played their own game full of grit and determination...
Do all ASsu teams basically have ONE shooter who is lights out and a bunch of spare parts?
I don't think I saw Robbi Ryan miss a shot. (10/21 which is pretty damn good)...
Still the wildcats persisted.
Over 10k there as well...Tucson is clearly a basketball town...must be the wheelchair ramps.

Went to the game last night, first since the WNIT championship game against Northwestern. The atmosphere was as good as a men's game. Was happy to see the students show up. If you live in Tucson, you should definitely try and make it to next Friday's game against #10 UCLA.

#16 AP poll and #17 Coaches poll
Huge game with top ten ucla on friday.
Wish I could go to this one but not in the cards it appears.
If you're in town and can make it, a huge crowd could help make the difference

We are going as a group outing for the office. If you have 15 or more people, tickets are only $4 each ! We have 51 going and plan to be LOUD!

I know we'll be underdogs in both games this week, but if we could come away with a split it would be big for us.

Up to #12!
The highest since... Adia Barnes played for the Cats.

I am assuming we are going to Oregon if we are not favored in either. I thought in those two game we didn’t play our usual defense and I know we had a couple players out. Oregon St has struggled of late and a split would be great. Like to see us stay at the #12 spot so we can host a tourney game (two actually).

yes its the oregon trip.
definitely hoping that being healthy allows for a different result, but playing on the road at these two schools is a tough w to come by.

Oregon just crushed UConn on the road. Shows you how tough our conference is. Get a split this week and we should stay in the top 16 unless we collapse

Cats will host the first two games if they stay in the top-16. Northwestern, who the Cats beat in the WNIT championship last year, also in the top-16.

Cats just don't have the inside muscle to compete against Oregon. Even though it was a blowout, this was a good learning experience.
Sabrina Ionescu should win National Player of the Yeat. She can do it all.

We are sincerely thinking of switching our travel plan for the PAC 12 tourney from the Men’s weekend to the Women’s weekend. This woman’s team is SO much fun to watch!
