Nice win and second straight game where we really played well in the second half after a slow first period

Let me guess - the announcers said it over and over and over?

And in case you do forgot, turn on Pac 12 for 5 seconds and they'll remind you.

So the LA Times didn't even cover the story? Are they're taking a page out of the Republic's playbook when the home team loses, or do they not cover women's hoops? How about when the #8 team nationally plays on the road at the #32 team in either men's or women's college hoops? That's usually considered a potential upset alert worthy of some attention. Or how about when a one-loss in conference 4th place contending team hosts a one-loss in conference 3rd place team? Does that deserve any local press coverage? How about when one of the teams loses their leading scorer to a non-contact knee injury? Is that considered newsworthy? I get a little tired of how some media thumps their chest and roars like Katy Perry when the local team does well, and then pretends nothing happened when misfortune comes their way, which is part of the deal and provides some weight to accomplishments made after overcoming adversity. Anyway, congratulations to the gals, and I'm sorry that some people have tried to denigrate their accomplishment or sweep it under the rug.

LA Times for years has barely covered men's college basketball - they would maybe give a paragraph on "local teams" or nationally ranked - so you are shocked they have no coverage on womens' basketball?

Not surprised at all.

I really think Stanford right now is the better team. Our offense at times is well...offensive.

Our D needs to have an outstanding game today.

Certainly can’t afford the slow starts we have seen the last few games. Need a big game from Reese, Copeland and Love and of course SP is going to have to have a game similar to her championship game performance.

Why does the athletic department still feel these are a good idea? Haven't we been burned enough in various sports by them?

Did you see the question to CTL the other day what he thought of Kelly Graves? He said he was not going to take the bait on that question.

I hope we have a full house tonight and let Mr. graves know how we feel (in a mature way meaning no spitting).

I know Adia wants this game badly.
