To me outside of the Michigan State win in the Final Four and the Duke win in the Sweet 16, this is the greatest day so far for me as a Wildcat.

I was just having the same conversation with old AZ friends.

This has to be the greatest day in AZ history, when no actual game was played.

What’s going on between Trier and Rawle. The fight over the rebound-trier got it and Rawle wasn’t happy and trier just kept walking away. Next possession on defense trier falls down and rawle doesn’t help him up. Maybe I am over analyzing, but something doesn’t seem right.

Rawle wanted that 10th rebound maybe? Guessing Miller treats any wing that gets 10 in a game to Dairy Queen.

To be honest, since that's a fouling situation, I want Zo to take the ball out of anyone else's hands. Ayton was cold from the line last night and Rawle has been shaky of late as well.

Been an issue all year. Could be the foot (timid). He's been cheating to his man's strong hand side quite a bit this year, which tells me something. If you jab step strong hand side and then go weak hand side with your dribble most players can burn him every time.

I'd advise against over-analyzing the team, in any aspect, during the course of the last week...there were raw emotions all throughout McKale yesterday. Don't know if it's ever felt that way, to me, before.

Honestly, Rawle doesn’t need to be fighting over alpha dog. He’s been pretty inconsistent lately and sometimes flat out bad. We all want Trier shooting FTs at any late game moment. He’s as automatic as they get.

I love Rawle but he needs to get his shit together by tourney, we need him as the glue guy and X factor if we want to make a run at a FF.

Honestly i think Dusan has been our 3rd best player of the past month. Rawle needs to take that back w Dusan keeping his level of play at this level.

Rawle wanted his 10th board.

Rawle won that game at Oregon State.

Don't rag on Rawle.

Allen is a name. It is disappointing bc he's been basically a less consistent version of Trier.

This is fucking insane.

Trier left off of ALL of the All American lists, including the honorable mentions, as well as the Jerry West finalist list.

There's a zero percent chance that he's being judged on his performance on the court. He's being punished.

I wonder when voting ended and if it was during the time that he was suspended and articles saying his appeal was "nearly impossible" and "highly unlikely" were being published.

He did have PEDs in his system, and thus any award would be tainted.

But I don't think he really gives a shit about awards, win a bunch of games in the tourney and move on, and leave the NCAA behind him for good.

He 100% cares. He's posted several times this morning on Twitter in disbelief.

Also: the PED case was appealed and overturned. If the reason he's being held off of lists is because of a case that has been dismissed - I'd love to hear that from someone in the position to know.

Wouldnt doubt it at this point. Trier is easily one of the 10 best players in CBB. He fits that mold if you only look at the numbers too. His consistency and efficiency dwarf so many of the guys chosen ahead of him. Fuckin joke.

It is utterly illogical to punish him for PED's when anyone who understands anything about PED's knows this was about a year and a half after it could possibly have been physically active.

Ending the season with a >130 ORtg on >24% usage. 67% true shooting. Put up 19 / 3 / 3 on 50 /40 / 85 shooting.

The inclusion of Evans and Blueitt and ESPECIALLY Grayson Allen over Trier makes me physically sick.
