I'm convinced he and his parents are in a death match over this decision.
What are the chances schools start pulling their offers? Do all these schools really need him more than vice versa?

Grown men thinking an 18 year old kid owes them anything in life. Message boards at their worst

It's a huge decision to make. Give the kid a break.

Ding ding ding. All this hand wringing over a season I’d guess has a 50/50 chance of even happening

I'm sure there are Arizona fans that will care, but I can't remotely begin to understand why.

Who even knows if there will be a season and what they season looks like if there is.

All these recruits should do what they feel is best.

There's not a world that he doesn't transfer if he actually committed to Arizona.

Just out of curiosity: was Walton a high priority recruit for the past couple years? I’m just trying to measure the scope of this setback.

Not the past couple of years, but Miller did invest quite a bit into him for this year. At this rate though I can't imagine Miller will shed a single tear over this with the way it has been handled. Moving on.

So we have 2 scholarships open right? I know we're in the running for Tibet Gorener but is that it? Does anyone know if we're still involved in any other European players?

Really wish we had UNC on the schedule this next season.

If Walton takes as long to pull the trigger on his jumpers as he does on his choice of college, we’re probably the winners this morning.

My preference would be to take a redshirt type candidate like Gorener, preferably a combo forward like he is, and then hold the last scholarship for a potential midseason transfer ala Akinjo.

Please please please leave the last scholarship open. It'll probably get taken away '21 anyways and having 1/2 the team being newcomers is tough enough to manage as is

Do Jordan Mains, Kory Jones, and Matt Weyand not count towards roster spots?

Not if you're listing scholarship players they do not.

Is the plan for the last two spots on Gorener and the Euro not to be named? All in on them and go from there?

So we're still in play for that euro big man? I was assuming we weren't because I haven't seen anyone talking about it in a while

It’s crazy that when the dust settles we’ll probably end up with a class ranked in the top 10 nationally. No Ziaire, no guy who can’t make up his mind. No problem.

Long way to go defensively. Young for his class and still could be growing. Red-Shirt Candidate for sure maybe some minutes here and there.

So, for my own education level. A team is allowed 13 scholarships? How many walk-ons? What is the max number of players allowed on a roster?

13 scholarships is the max allowed, there is no limit to the amount of walk ons you can have on roster.
