Nope
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

Re: You guys heard of this award
You think those guys get Ring of Honored based on being on the Lute Olson All American Team?
I know Benn gets in based on being Pac-12 POY anyways. More of a thought experiment of how the school regards this award (I assume CollegeInsider.com, who is behind this award, is not a "major national organization").
Also - "be a First Team All American" is a ridiculous standard and pretty redundant. If you're one of the five best players in the country, you're likely the conf POY and/or winning one of the position awards. Would like to see that opened to 2nd team as well. Top 10 among 4,600 or so D1 basketball players is meaningful enough to me.

You're overlooking the Spaceman Spiff inflamed ring of honor, which I pass out to the players and coaches I spend the most time writing about on BearDownWildcats while taking a dump.

My question is who is the voting board of this award? Would love to know how this voting group might look at a player like Lute would
