Ranked 1627 in the country with a bunch of MWC offers (and Oregon State)
Another OKG...........Choo is right about the recruiting thus far.

The key is the three star guys, who are the majority of a class. You have to get high three star guys vs. low three stars (and two stars, unranked, etc.).
Not sure if any ranking service shows that level of detail.
Probably right on Ebs. Thinking of Gilbert and Pettinato, both 3 star guys who Stoops got and ended up in the league for a bit.
It just seems to me the Sumlins guys resemble more of what Stoops classes looked like as opposed to RR's

Overall though I agree with Choo, it is short on 4 star guys which I thought we would get like in Stoops years
Less than 50% of our committed recruits have multiple power 5 offers.
Still seemingly better than RR. Seemed rare that any of his recruits would have another power 5 offer much less any offers to FBS schools.
Better only in a marginal sense. So far the height and physical bulk of the commits is an improvement from RR's general admissions, but wait until we see how much emphasis is put into building both sides of the lines before comparing Sumlin's recruiting closer to Stoops'. Until everything fell apart in 2011, Stoops fielded dependable Lines, an area of the roster to address sooner rather than later.

Not what I expected. Especially with limited numbers. Very disappointed, but I guess I will wait until December signing day.

With Stoops we had better recruiting and awful coaching. With Rich Rod we had alright coaching and awful recruiting. With Sumlin let's see.

Love that kind of sorcery. That’s huge and what do you know, we now also have (6) DT’s all over 300 lbs.
Freaking pumped for this season!

I'm not as nervous about the LB's as I am for the CB's

we just offered this kid from Brussels, Belgium...no kidding
My guess with being in the middle of the season we don't see much until either our bye week or right before the December signing date.
Not many Schollies left I would think

We only have 11 commits right now. I believe that the max per year is 25. Of course one must consider any greyshirts from last year, transfers, and walkons who are given scholarships. Anybody have a guess as to how many more high school and JC players UA can add to their current list of 11 commits?

I would imagine a good number as a lot of players mature more during their senior year as they get older. I would look for help everywhere. Starting with the offensive line.

He was....4* CB out of Houston. Would be a huge pull and it looks like we're leading with him. Arkansas is also a player
