Like Merkin, I'll watch if I can easily find a stream. Assuming I remember there's a game on and my hair doesn't need washing, or some other important event isn't happening

So like 46-18 final score according to Vegas.

I think we win but don't be surprised if NAU puts up 30 on us

The game against NAU is a giant nothing burger! The UofA is expected to pound a bunch of older high school players.

This game will do nothing to prepare the team for the coming onslaught of over- powering losses.

Our program still suffers from the same set of a debilitation shortcomings as it always has. Poor overall talent and poor to bad coaching.

A toxic combo by any measurable standard. As the season rolls on and apathy fully sets in I hope to god Sumlin and Mazzone will play Doyle and Gunnel at least to some extent. At this point just give them a chance to take some game snaps.

We all already know what Tate is going to do. Give the fans any freaking reason to show up and support a relentlessly tired and draining football experience because this seriously may be our last win of the season.

OSU is not even a given, nor UCLA.

Someone posted this on Facebook:

News 4 Tucson radar projects that rain could be covering the area at Kickoff. Make sure to bring your jacket! #BEARDOWN

I used to go here to get them, but looks like Reddit shut them down.

https://www.reddit.com/r/CFBStreams/" target="_blank

Apparently they moved here, but games don't get posted until shortly before game time. And as always, use a popup blocker and don't download any apps.

Not trying to defend the defense here but there were guys in there the second half who will never see the field in a close game. We started putting in subs toward the end of the second quarter.

UA will win by 30 plus

I will take NAU and 30 for $20 if you want. I will give you this trend though. Sumlin is 4/7 with 5 consecutive losses after a bye week. I know you are a ride or die guy but this is a big clue the guy can’t coach or game prep
Sure you got NAU plus 30 I got UA minus 30 for $20
Sounds good, we can square up in Vegas at the pac tourney

Good call. I got you in Vegas in March

NAU scored most of its points against the 2s and 3s. We were playing the equipment manager, the water boy and the blind walk on. First half we put 51 points on them and held them to 149 yds of total offense.

Not even 4th string walk-ons should give up that many yards and points to NAU. Excuses for failure.

40K attendance. Largest crowd I've seen for a home opener in years. Zona Zoo was packed. Beer line was too long so our group didn't make it past the first half

No I'm not. I didn't see any other backups playing FCS teams this weekend nationwide giving up the same. It's unacceptable and bodes poorly on our coaching and preparedness.

Well Florida St did give up 44 to Louisiana Monroe, but I think they are FBS. In any world our performance is a joke. Don’t care if it was walk on’s. If you are on the girld you stop the other team, especially when the fan base is collectively watching because they are spitting nails.

ASU has the opposite problem. They could only score 19 on an FCS team with their starters.

I am with Hater here. Even our 2nd/3rd stringers should be the starters at NAU. That's where our kids should go when they transfer. I blame coaching for not having them prepared and scheme. Can't really blame recruiting here because even recruiting, those 3rd stringers have NAU offers.

Also agree with 'Hater.

I work at a FCS school (Cal Poly) near the stadium and football offices. I have been seeing Cal Poly players pretty much every day, and have to say to a one, they are all small.

Compare that the walking around the UA campus and seeing the football players there.

There should be no way a FCS team should be able to come close to beating a Power 5 team. You can compete for a bit using gimmick offenses, but being so much smaller the FCS team just gets worn down.

I am 6'5", and seem a head taller than almost all of them, no matter what they are listed at.

Sure, on a typical P5 team. However, Arizona is a G5 team in a P5 conference and we go 2 deep max at most positions. The rest of our roster would be backups at most G5 schools and some FCS schools. Versus NAU we emptied the bench. We played guys who are nowhere near the depth chart.

On paper. Based on how the stadiums looked, there was way more people at the Arizona game. There is no way that there was any more than 25k people in the stands for the ASU game at any point.
