Rushing is a 6-1, 205, Freshman safety from Florida and Tucson, AZ. He walked on at Florida last year, Dad's alma mater, and is back to play for the home town where he has a chance to make the defensive back rotation. At Salpointe, Cruz had 80 tackles as a Senior.
