Robbins has been the University of Arizona President for 6 years and may be the man most responsible for saving our athletic programs. He cares about athletics and he did a great job of getting Arizona out of a dying conference and into the country's best basketball conference. Without Robbin's (call me Bobby) leadership we could have easily been out of the top tier of college athletics. Yes, you can blame Robbins for convincing Tempe Normal to come along to the Big 12, but with a lot of tough basketball games in our future it is good to add a patsy to the conference.
