Heimuli is a 6-0, 230, Junior linebacker from UW and East Palo Alto, CA. He played 3 years at Washington appearing in 18 games with 25 tackles (2 for a loss). Heimuli's best game was in 2021 against Arizona when he started and made 8 tackles. He was suspended last year after being involved in a fight in a bar and entered the transfer portal after the season.
Heimuli has been one of the best surprises in camp. He is likely to start at linebacker and will certainly be a big part of the rotation.
