Irby is a 5-9, 200, Senior defensive back from UCLA and San Diego, CA. He played 4 years at UCLA beginning as a running back in 2018 and 2019 with 55 carries for 221 yards and 1 TD along with 13 catches for 108 yards in 20 games. Irby did not play in any games in 2020, but came back in 2021 as a nickel back with 29 tackles (5.5 for loss) and 1 blocked punt.
After that season, Irby left football and thought he was done. But he missed the grind and he missed playing, so Arizona gave him a chance as a walk-on grad transfer and Irby is making the most of it.
