Damn we're really spreading the 3 pointers around tonight! Love it!

Let's get back to that century mark tonight!

Nobody under 7' gets to shoot a 3 for the rest of the game.

That's gonna change his scouting report.
Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

Henri with 20 lbs of muscle will be a GREAT big. Still too weak with the ball but gets better every time. Glad to see Anderson.

Nice confidence building game heading into Saturday. Love we did this without Kerr for most of the game.

Earlier Tommy talked about how it was his job to develop the bench guys more. Sumthin's workin', tonight at least. That was fucking fun.

Don't overlook Boswell. 8 assists and 7 rebounds, to go along with 8 points. Not only will Vesaar be great with another 20 lbs, Boswell, who is just 17, looked very comfortable out there. Don't think he's quite ready for heavy minutes against a team like Tennesee, but his upside is unlimited.

The story of this game was the bench. 51 points. Are you serious? Glad to see they seized the opportunity.

Hope Kriisa will be OK for Saturday.

I did not like how we looked in the first half against pressure defense with the refs swallowing their whistles. That’s a sweet sixteen scenario I do not want to relive.

Thankfully this was against lesser competition. But I think the word has gone out that if you pressure us in the back court and disrupt our timing, you can neutralize a lot of what makes us successful.

But every team we face knows they must interrupt our offensive flow because once we get in rhythm with the ball moving, players cutting, unselfish passing to get to the best shot we are truly a force to be reckoned with...not to mention pushing the ball up court with our bigs flying to the hole for easy buckets.

Pressure defense is the only way to really stop it but easier said then done. I think it's more important that we recognize the pressure and counter it as soon as possible. That's what you saw last night.

Thing about pressure D is it takes a lot out of a team to play for 40 minutes. It requires depth, and playing that hard on D can affect a team on O, as they will have tired legs, and shoot short when tired. A game like this one is great to help build our depth, and you saw what happened in the second half as TAMCC began to ware down. They kept up with us for about 15 minutes, but we were just too much. How many teams can keep up with us for 40 minutes, especially if the bench produces some good minutes? No many.
