You can thank the new transfer rules/NIL for that.dovecanyoncat wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:23 pm Did Fisch's pay package include bonuses for purposely decimating our roster.
Hey look, we throw to Tmac and it's a first down...dmjcat wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:11 pmFor Gods sake you can't throw to TMac on every down. (especially when he's being doubled/triple teamed)Fishclamps wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:10 pmWhat do you call it when we are constantly running run plays instead of throwing it to our top 10 draft pick? Most of our undersized line were not starters last year......and many of the current DT's were defensive ends.
This is NOT a coaching issue......its a talent issue on both sides of the ball.

It seems on brand for him to negotiate up based on how who/how many he could poach ..... like a transplant surgeon going to a new hospital: "I can show up with a viable heart/lung pair on day 1."dmjcat wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:26 pmYou can thank the new transfer rules/NIL for that.dovecanyoncat wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:23 pm Did Fisch's pay package include bonuses for purposely decimating our roster.
10 years ago when a coach left the vast majority of the players stayed with the team. If you transferred
you had to sit out a year.
Did we have to punt? It was 4th and 4 on UCF's side of the field and we're down 21-0.dmjcat wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:31 pmHey look we throw to TMac and we have to puntFishclamps wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:29 pmHey look, we throw to Tmac and it's a first down...dmjcat wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:11 pmFor Gods sake you can't throw to TMac on every down. We're going to break one, someday.Fishclamps wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:42 pm Is there any specific reason we run the ball out on kickoff? I think we've made it past the 25 like four times all season?
No we just used to run more short routes over the middle.Postmaster wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:49 pm Were all of our good O linemen really short last season ear?
It’s certainly coaching. Good coaching promotes focus and consistent execution. Players on the team that displayed those qualities last year didn’t retain them this year.dmjcat wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:07 pm Not a shocker. We are down to 2 starters left from last years starting 11 on D.

D has 100% given up. I don't know how anyone can say otherwise.ghostwhitehorse wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:57 pmThe offence yes, the D. . .dmjcat wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:52 pm At least the team hasn't given up........like most of the posters in this thread.

It's a good thing our O has some long sustained drives that are keeping them off the field, right?dmjcat wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 2:00 pmDisagree.......the D is just physically outmatchedghostwhitehorse wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:57 pmThe offence yes, the D. . .dmjcat wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:52 pm At least the team hasn't given up........like most of the posters in this thread.
