I'm in this dude's head and he thinks it's the opposite because he lives his life on HIS terms! It's just so much fun to fuck with people like that.
I sort of understand that guy. I too could have been an NBA superstar. I also chose the simpler life. As the Bible states, "Mo Money, Mo Problems." I didn't want the hangers on and yes men that come with fame and fortune, so I CHOSE to be a subpar college player who pursued academic pursuits for a career.
If I had decided to excel at basketball, it would have been a different story. Also, my mother's a saint. If you keep talking about her, I'll meet you in back of Wildcat Liquor and break you. You probably won't even show up because I've seen more real in the last week than you have in your whole puny life.

The Sixers won again last night with TJ as the starter but here is what his hater had to say:
Bad
TJ McConell- Literally the only reason TJ isn't in the "Ugly" category is because he made a halfway decent pass to Robert Covington on that fast-break where Covington blew the dunk and had a few possessions where he actually tried to stay with Kemba defensively. Other than that, it was a typical atrocious TJ game.

That's a really bad flop on that highlight. Really, really bad. What makes it even worse is the grab to the back as if he's injured too.

When you flop, you aren't supposed to bounce your head off the floor either.

Get em TJ. If the Lottery played true and based on the current standings, the 76ers get the #5 and #7 picks in this draft. Draft express has that as Tatum and Monk. 6ers are going to be a problem and TJ is going to be around for the ride

9 points, 10 assists in another win for the Sixers tonight. They're now 2.5 games out of third place.

*Against the 30-17 Clippers, without Okafor and Embiid. Think they are now 10-3 with TJ starting.
They are going to have to get to a 500 record to make the playoffs and they are 11 games below at just past the halfway mark. Still doable, but they got to sustain this current pace of winning 7 out of every 10 games. They are also likely losing out on the Fultz, Ball, Smith Jr. sweepstakes, unless they do some draft-day trading.

I'm almost positive they get the Laker's pick in the upcoming draft. They are going to have a chance at one of those guys.
I'm just hoping my Celts get lucky this time around with the most ping pong balls via the Nets pick. Would absolutely love to see Fultz wearing Green for 15 years.

Didnt know you were a Celtics fan

Hopefully this isnt a repeat of 1997 and the lottery balls deceive us. Obviously with the #1 pick, we pick up Fultz who has the flexibility to succeed at both guard positions. If we get Ball or Smith, then what the hell do we do? Isaiah is small and cant play a lick of D, we have two more combo guards in Bradley and Smart, and then one of Ball or Smith (unless the lottery really screws us).
Yeah, they have two lottery picks if they dont make the playoffs. As of a few days back, those were slotted to be 5 and 7 if the ping pong balls did their job. But what happens if they slide to the 11th or 12th worst record and then have bad luck with their other pick? LOL. Can you imagine being in their perceived position now, and missing out on Fultz, Ball, Smith, Monk and Fox, all of whom are slotted to go in the first 7 picks?

I mean, they will move those picks to move up, but still.

I dont mind him in Philly, outside of their shitty ass, ungrateful fans. That team is young and talented and will have two prime picks and/or the opportunity to land an excellent, maybe even superstar point guard. Could be a dynasty forming right as Lebron is entering the twilight of his career, and who wouldn't want to be the backup point guard on a team like that, especially knowing you were a part of the growth?

Sixers win again with TJ as the starter tonight against the Bucks. He played 30 minutes and had 13 assists, 3 rebounds, 3 steals and 7 points. Even though they won, his favorite hater is at it again, surprise, surprise.
Here is what he wrote last night after the Sixers won.

Here are a few non TJ hate funny quotes:
Gerald Henderson is by far the best shooting guard to don red, white, and blue probably since Jerry Stackhouse, and he's not even half the player he was in his prime.
Ersan is by far the Sixers' most consistent offensive player since I honestly don't even know when, probably before the Iverson era.
Allen Iverson played shooting guard for the Sixers. He even remembers it, but says Ersan Ilyasova is a better offensive player than anyone since before the Iverson era. I mean, I can sort of deal with Covington being better than Iggy, but how does this guy just forget the Answer?
You would think he's run out of ways to hate on TJ, but not even close.

Haters want to hate.
Lovers want to love.
But I don't even want none of the above.
I think TJ has demonstrated he can be an asset to a legit NBA team. That was sort of in doubt when the Sixers were terrible, but with their resurgence and his role in it, he has solidified that he is a legit NBA player. I really never would have thought I'd say that about him, but he has really done something special.

TJ is ranked 6th in the NBA in A/TO ratio among qualified players (Iguodala is 1st

). He is also 6th in assists per 48 minutes, trailing only Harden, Paul, Westbrook, Wall, and Rubio (Good company). I think 6th is the theme here, ranks 6th in steals per 48 minutes trailing Paul, Sefolosha, Ginobili, Tony Allen, and John Wall (pretty good company there as well).

Yep, TJ is so deserving of his success....am hopeful it continues as long as possible.
Of the names above who aren't currently in the NBA....any of them that you think will make it in the future? I would hope for all 3 but am a huge Homer and biased.....thoughts?

Zeus probably has the best shot. 7 footers who run the floor and play D as well as him will always get a cup of coffee now and then when a Center goes down.
I'm surprised Nick didn't stick longer but he couldn't hit open Js in the league. At his size he had to be able to, he's not the only athletic freak in the L.
Ash is just a tweener in every sense. He has a good stretch 4 jumper but it's a slow release and he's only 6"8 without shoes , I always knew he'd have trouble sticking.
