Interestingly this list includes nearly all of the teams that I routinely bother to watch if Arizona, or another Pac-12 team, is not playing. There are only a couple of teams in the remaining 326 D1 teams that would make my personal "fun" list.
Perhaps it really is a combination of good offense + good defense + fast tempo that leads to a "fun" team to watch.
Feel free to add, subtract, change, or rip it apart.

Aside form Gonzaga, the big name games have all been played on neutral sites. Scheduling better opponents at Pauley would be a good start to the attendance problem.
